I take it at bedtime and it's much more effective than the name brand I was taking. A co-worker tried them and she's hooked. We were both taking a multivitamin and adding B vitamins. Now we're taking only one vitamin product per day and loving it.

Daily Vitamins are good for you but don't taste that great. I prefer to take them at night so they won't upset my stomach or have any type of after taste.
