The vitamin B family consists of 22 vitamins, each displaying distinct qualities and uniquely supporting different bodily functions, such as energy production, metabolism, and cell division. They're often found in varying amounts in the same foods, but are often stripped of much of their potency by many food processing methods. Because it's often difficult to obtain the proper amounts of all the B vitamins through the average diet, CNCA offers 3 different types of Vitamin B supplements:
Like all supplements manufactured by CNCA, our Vitamin B supplements must pass extensive testing to ensure optimal potency and maximum purity. With quality control standards that exceed those of the US government, physician-recommended supplements from CNCA are used in hospitals, pharmacies, and by thousands of people every day.

Sources of Vitamin B
Different forms of vitamin B are found in a variety of foods, and many types of vitamin B are found in the same foods. Most of the B vitamins are removed from whole grain products during refinement. Unfortunately, the following enrichment process only replaces a few nutrients. The richest sources of thiamin (vitamin B-1) are organ meats, pork, dried beans and peanuts. Foods naturally high in riboflavin (vitamin B-2) include cheese, yogurt and eggs. Niacin (vitamin B-3) can be found in beef, pork, fish and cheese. All foods contain vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine), but eggs, fish, spinach and chicken contain the highest amounts. Generally, the amount of vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) in foods is small, with foods of animal origin containing the most.
Our vitamin B complex provides 11 essential B vitamins, specifically chosen for their common roles and ability to work together to support immunity and energy production. Our absolute insistence on superior quality and purity optimizes vitamin B benefits, and our commitment to research ensures the optimal concentrations of the right kinds of vitamin B. As there is a potential for the B vitamins to interact with certain prescription drugs, and as with any other dietary supplement, you should consult your physician before adding a vitamin B complex to your diet.
