Health Reward Rules
Rules
  1. Points are earned on the net product sale – final price paid less shipping.
  2. One (1) Natural Health Reward point is earned for each dollar spent on CNCA product.
  3. Points are retained as long as the customer’s account remains active.
  4. A customer must make at least one purchase every 18 months to maintain an active account.
  5. To earn Natural Health Rewards for online orders, you must first register for an online account and log in prior to making each purchase. If you do not do this, we cannot credit your accountant with the appropriate rewards.
  6. All sales from the CNCA Health Store are final. No refunds are allowed.
  7. Natural Health Reward points will be deducted from a customers account upon the return of any product merchandise.
  8. No supplement purchase is necessary to redeem your Natural Health Rewards.
  9. Natural Health Rewards are not earned until after the purchase has been processed.
  10. Any discounts or promotions earned may not be applied to previously completed orders.
  11. A purchased discount is only good for 12 months.
  12. CTCA employees, CTCA patients, practitioners, and wholesalers are not eligible to earn Natural Health Rewards.
  13. CNCA employees may add or subtract Natural Health Rewards to an account as needed. All decisions are final.
  14. Natural Health Rewards have no dollar value. They may not be redeemed for cash or merchandise not offered in the CNCA Health Store.
  15. CNCA reserves the right to edit the “cost” of anything in the CNCA Health Store at any time for any reason.
  16. Products in the CNCA Health Store are only available while supplies last.
  17. Please allow ample shipping time for all products claimed from the CNCA Health Store. Standard First Class postage will be used.
  18. Natural Health Rewards may be combined with other accounts or with accounts of family members. However, if multiple people are involved, we must have authorization from all parties to combine more. If two accounts are combined with the same name, the account with zero (0) Natural Health Rewards will become inactive.
  19. Auto Refill customers may combine discounts earned in the CNCA Health Store with their order, but this is not allowed on the first Auto Refill order.
  20. Earned discounts may not be combined with any other discount unless approved by CNCA.
  21. CNCA reserves the right prohibit the use of Natural Health Rewards by any customer at any time for any reason.
