Health Reward Rules
Rules
  1. Points are earned on the net product sale – final price paid less shipping.
  2. One (1) Health Reward point is earned for each dollar spent on CNCA product.
  3. Points are retained as long as the customer’s account remains active.
  4. A customer must make at least one purchase every 12 months to maintain an active account.
  5. To earn Health Reward points for online orders, the customer must first register for an online account and log in prior to making each purchase. If this is not done, CNCA cannot credit the customer's account with the appropriate reward points.
  6. All sales from the CNCA Health Store are final. No refunds are allowed.
  7. Health Reward points will be deducted from a customer's account upon the return of any product merchandise.
  8. No supplement purchase is necessary to redeem Health Reward points.
  9. Health Reward points are not earned until after the purchase has been processed.
  10. Any discounts or promotions earned may not be applied to previously completed orders.
  11. CTCA employees, CTCA patients, practitioners, and wholesalers are not eligible to earn Health Reward points.
  12. CNCA employees may add or subtract Health Reward points to an account as needed. All decisions are final.
  13. Health Reward points have no dollar value. They may not be redeemed for cash or merchandise not offered in the CNCA Health Store.
  14. CNCA reserves the right to edit the “cost” of anything in the CNCA Health Store at any time for any reason.
  15. Products in the CNCA Health Store are only available while supplies last.
  16. Please allow ample shipping time for all products claimed from the CNCA Health Store. Standard First Class postage will be used.
  17. Health Reward points may be combined with other accounts or with accounts of family members. However, if multiple people are involved, we must have authorization from all parties to combine more. If two accounts are combined with the same name, the account with zero (0) Health Reward points will become inactive.
  18. Auto Refill customers may combine discounts earned in the CNCA Health Store with their order, but this is not allowed on the first Auto Refill order.
  19. Earned discounts may not be combined with any other discount unless approved by CNCA.
  20. CNCA reserves the right to prohibit the use of Health Reward points by any customer at any time for any reason.
